Sorry for my "almost" double post, I thought that ono account couldn't
send the message.
So I can use evolution with ono account to send messages now. Only I
have to introduce smtp password very quickly when being asked.

1. There's a short timeout for the smtp transaction.
2. After providing a bad password with AUTH PLAIN, it (sometimes)
closes the connection with a RST.
