I want to add this folder as one of evolution's calendars. Is this
possible? From what I tried, there does not seem to be any direct way.

I'm using evolution-2.4 and have several calendars configured. There
are so many entries, that the simple monthly calendars have essentially
all the days bold, thereby making the the highlighting useless. I can
manually switch some of the calendars off and on, but I'd prefer
something better.
