To trigger the insert link dialog from keyboard with Ctrl+L when writing an
email in HTML format, in the file: ~/.config/evolution/accels
Change the line:
; (gtk_accel_path "/html/insert-link" "")
To:
(gtk_accel_path "/html/insert-link" "l")
