right, i think i found the solution
go to System -> Preferences -> Sessions
Unselect 'Evolution Alarm Notifier'
The alarm deamon gets started when you open Evolution anyway... I did this
and my notification are working fine now...

and before I open a bug on bugzilla I think I could find an answer on this
