is a much safer bet.

Now, thats a bug a well known one at that too. The sync operation should
not block the ui, but we all know that it happens sometimes. The status
bar should be set when any network operation is happening, you see
nothing
performance or memory improvements if i dont
cache it, you can always delete your cache in .evoulution/mail/imap
to delete that cache.

there is a check box which reads "Check for new messages in all folders"
click that and it should work.
