I have noticed that I am getting many E-D-S processes. I can't tell what causes it, but it has happened twice. evolution --force-shutdown will kill them all. This last time I noticed the problem when evolution hung switching from Contacts to Mail. I'm using 2.6.2/1.6.2 with a Groupwise 7.0.1

mail-notification quit working for me once I updated to evo 2.6. The debian bug report hints that the dbus notification was fixed in 2.6 and requested mail-notification to update. Are there other ways of getting a visual clue that email has arrived? Sound is not an option in the open environm
