Thank you - I had indeed missed something elementary. It may be that
I've taught Outlook for years and got into a way of thinking, but
Signature maintenance seems to be a problem with Evolution. Creating a
signature is easy (altho' looking under Accounts was the last thing I
thought of) and changing a signature from the list on a new mail item is
equally simple.
