[Evolution] Evolution 3.10.4 - Calendar does not display appointments of zero duration

Hello, So for example, I set an appointment which starts at 4pm and ends at 4pm it does not show on the calendar display, although it does successfully sync to google calendar and my other devices. So the appointment is THERE it just doesn't show up in Evolution. Any suggestions?
