Good morning,
I use Evolution with Exchange OWA, and I often have problems with
looong lags for "Send/Receive" jobs, as well as for retrieving a
particular message (i.e., clicking its subject). Often the slow
retrieval of a particular message seems to be because it is behind
"Send/Receive" in the

My webmail used to be at: exchange.myCompany.com, and now it's at
webmail.myCompany.com
I think some of my evo lag problems are a result of the old host
information not going away after reconfiguring evo:
Here are some interesting bits of information:

I use evo for corporate email against our Exchange server.
Every other email (roughly), during autocompletion (or editing of the

I'm only showing three emails in my (outlook) "Sent Items" box,
whereas outlook on windows shows me a bunch. This just started today.*
Can you help me show all the messages?
I have read the faq on "I cannot see some emails, but they must be
there.", but none of the solutions fixed my issue.

Evo 2.22.2 (2.22.2-0ubuntu2)
When i get an outlook/exchange meeting invite and accept it, it's not
sending the organizer my acceptance, but just puts it in my calendar.
Could you help me figure out what's going on and how to fix?
I could swear that past Evo invite presentations have shown me a

For at least a few months now, when I accept an outlook meeting
invitation, the inviter doesn't receive my reply (despite having
+"send reply" checked off). i'd either like to know if i'm doing
something wrong or if i need to file a bug report.

Thanks,

What are my options for new mail notification? Currently, I have to
switch to Evolution to check manually.
Are there toaster popups, or sounds, or an animation or change of
launcher icon, or something?
I must be missing something...

When I get notifications (in "Appointments" dialog), I don't know what to do
with them. It's obvious how to edit them (a rarity for me) and to snooze
them (more common), but I don't know how to dispatch them (my most common
use case). If I simply hit "close," it *seems* like I've "dealt" with the
I have a lot of problems with hanging using evolution using the stock
ubuntu feisty version. I'm using OWA, and it happens a lot during
replying. I have to force quit it more often than not.
How do I troubleshoot?
Thanks,
Jamie
