[Evolution] Vexing change to "Load Remote Content"

In a recently-released version of Evolution (3.36.1-2), "Load Remote Content" has been moved from easily accessible in the header area to a click away as the only item under an "i" in a blue circle. This adds an unnecessarily level of complexity for no gain in real estate. Please explain the rati
