How can I change the keyboard shortcuts in Evolution 3.32.0, running on
Ubuntu 18.04? I haven't been able to change the keyboard shortcuts for menu
items.
Here's what I've tried so far, unsuccessfully

Hi.
I have recently swapped to Evolution from Thunderbird due to some
horrible freezing bug.
I have junk filter settings all turned off but Evolution persistently
junks about 700 non-junk emails from my other folders forcing me to
delete the accounts in evolution, close Evolution and go into Gmail
Well that's ingenious. I must admit I'm a recent Linux convert and am
still not fully used to having a system that is essentially wide open
like this. Thanks!
