Greetings,
There is a message in an IMAP mailbox which causes
camel_imapx_server_process to stop fetching the rest of messages.
Thunderbird silently gets all mailbox contents with no errors reported.

To sent mails by command line I wouldn't use Evolution with 'mailto'.
Consider to use a 'sendmail' replacement such as 'msmtp', see
https://mail.gnome.org/archives/evolution-list/2014-May/msg00183.html.

it depends how you look on it. We talk about On This Computer folders,
fully managed by Evolution, nothing else should modify it in the
background in other way than through the evolution(-data-server) code
