Hi ya'll,
I finally figured out what the problem was..
I had to:
Open Firefox
goto edit
go to preferences
then click the set firefox as default button ( even though I set FF as
default through the default programs application)

Updated to Evolution 3.28.1-2 on LinuxMint 19
Restored from backup .. to get all my configurations ( 7 mail accounts
).
Everything comes up and works, except the one corporate gmail account.
It wants Oauth2 and so far, I have found

Before anyone asks.. I did google my problem but I was lead to the
wrong answer.
The answer I was given was to install GCONF2 and run these 2 commands
to set evolution to use firefox, but that command didn't work.
The two commands were:
gconftool-2 --set /desktop/gnome/url-hand
