The Exchange server is Excahnage 2000.
I'm able to receive mail with Evolution using the Exchange OWA Protocol,
however it is unable to fetch any calendar information. Looking at the
output it seems as though e-calendar-factory is not loading the Exchange
plugin.
The current versions I have
Ups. I clicked send instead of save - sorry (I'm not used to web
client). What should I do (considering evolution is slightly patched
by above patches)?

I would very much like to be able to print the calendar on a 4.5" x
6.75" page so it will go in my Daytimer-type book.
I am using version 2.28.3. I have set up a custom page size, checked
all the available boxes, and clicked "apply," but when I print it still
goes to 8.5" x 11" page format.

I always use Ctrl-N for new messages (except when I just click on an
address of course), and this appears to be the key combo blessed by the
Evo online help. However the menu item is New->Mail Message and is keyed
as Ctrl-Shift-M, which also works.

Message->Mailing List->Post Message to List opens a composer with the
To: header set to the list address. If you then close the message
without entering any content, you get a dialogue asking "Are you sure
you want to discard this message?".
This also used to happen when composing with Mail->New M
