Folks,
I've just started migrating emails from another client and I'm running
Evolution 2.26.1 on Ubuntu 9.04-64 bit. When I retrieve the email, each
email appears with another one or two copies in my inbox. When I check
the username file in /var/mail after a download, it's empty.

Apparantly, Evolution does not actually remove messages from the inbox file,
when asked to move messages to another folder. I just realized that my inbox
file contains messages from many years back, even though i (try to) embty my
inbox every summer and christmas break. Hence, I also just ran into

I was composing an e-mail when the power went out. Now I cannot start/use
evolution. It starts up but ten freezes with a message in the right panel
"searching folders".
Please I have important business e-mails in there. Can I recover it? and how?
I run Ubuntu 9.04.
