But it takes about one minute to startup. Why?
I have disabled the spamassassin and bogofilter plugin. With the
gconf-tool I did the same in the Gnome registry. But this does change
anything on the long startup time.

Something is not right then. I only see the Server and Username boxes under
Exchange MAPI. There is no Domain box or Authenticate button.
What did I miss?
