[Evolution] Retrieve mail on open?

Is there a way to have Evolution automatically retrieve mail when it opens? Seems like a logical thing to do, but I can't seem to find a way to DO it. Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with

Hi All, Im using Evolution 2.10.3 (Fedora 7). It seems no matter what I do, when I try to print an email it prints a blank page afterwards. This shows up in the Print Preview too, and also if I print to file, so Im pretty sure its not printer specific (and have tried on a number of printers)
