Im using Evolution 2.10.3 (Fedora 7).
It seems no matter what I do, when I try to print an email it prints a
blank page afterwards. This shows up in the Print Preview too, and also
if I print to file, so Im pretty sure its not printer specific (and have
tried on a number of printers)

there is a way to get more debug info (basically the mapi packet trace).
I think atm it is programatically triggered. We need to have that over a
env variable.
