In Outlook it's possible to do primary and secondary sorting of tasks in
a task list. For example, one can first sort according to, say,
Priority by clicking the Priority header, and then do a secondary sort
on Tasks (or any other field of interest) by shift-clicking on the Task
header.

Are Memos the equivalent of Outlook Notes, and if so, is there a way to

Is it possible to reply "Outlook Style"? When you have a mail
conversation with people using Outlook, it would be nice to be able to
reply the same way as they do, not breaking the style of the mail.

This is a known bug. I have just made a fix for this bug.
The patch is in review. I will get it in once its reviewed. With the
patch, you need to add the contacts to the meeting editor via the
attendee dialog, then you would be getting the free/busy information for
