Since upgrading to gnome 2.14.1 I have lost many icons from Evolution.  Only from Evolution. I have switched Themes in Gnome, and nothing changes.  This email is being sent from an Evolution where I cannot see the icons for Bold, Italic, Underline etc.  I CAN see the  icon for "Toggle Typewrit

I've started to use evolution recently and i've a noted that when i try to compose a new message, evolution hangs for aproximately 20 seconds until the composition windows appears. I don't know if this is the correct behaviour but I'm very disappointed with it. I have a Pentium IV at 2GHz, 1Gb RAM.
