By "Personal" do you mean the local contacts and calendar items (Under On This Computer) ? You can select all contacts in your personal address book and copy them to your Exchange address book. Or export them as VCF file and import it to Exchange contacts folder. For Exporting contacts you need

I had noticed this (using adept, the new KDE package manager), but ignored it, because the Description says "All bundled plugins for Evolution 2.2", whereas I'm using 2.4.
