i understand the benefits and savings of using electric bus in stead of fossil
fuels one, but how is feeding the power grid beneficial?
are they using the battery storage as a buffer for peak demand [e.g. noon or
when folks get home after work/school]? the buses could offer some help
midday,

if i were to use something like the LEAFSPY to measure the SOC on a used leaf
what would be a good value for a 2013 model? maybe for different mileages like
10k and 20k for example?

my current charger for my 96 volt flooded lead acid pack finally gave out [it
had issues from day one and i'm not interested in attempting to fix it] and now
i need to get a new charger. the pack is mature and i'm not sure if i will
replace it in a couple of years with more lead acid or upgrade
the 2013 nissan leaf has a known issue with its 12 volt battery either by lack
of charging or vampiric drains, i just got a 2013 leaf and found my 12 volt
battery at 4 something volts a couple weeks after i got it. carmax replaced it
but what they replaced was not the original battery. the bat
out a year and a half ago.
What model LEAF did you buy?
S, SV or SL?
What symptoms have you had?
Cheers,

battery or do i need to put in a true deep cycle battery to replace it? right
now i'm thinking of using morningstar's smallest charge controller unless
anyone else has a better idea

it is also possible for the % of EV owners who have solar panels to drop and
for dirty energy to also drop, for example, if 100% of people drove electric
but only 25% of them have solar then the % of dirty energy would drop since so
many people are now using renewables.
