I think the simplest would be to install a NEMA 14-60 with a 60 amp breaker, and swap in a NEMA 14-60 cord cap on the charger. If you are over 50 amps, you are exempt from the NEC GFCI requirements, even outdoors. A bit silly, but this is what the NEC rules say you can do You could subse
