Yeah, the early Leaf used an electric glycol heater, which has probably failed. It's controlled by LIN from the HVAC controller. Check the coolant levels first just to be sure, and there also is a circulator pump that must run, so that should be working as well. -- next part

Most Leaf's have resistive heating elements (except for those that have a heat pump...but since your AC is working and the heat is not, you probably don't have a heat pump). Is is an early (2011-2013) model? I've heard that the resistive heating element on those guys are prone to going out.
