Dear all:
I support the adoption of this document as well.
I have been following this work from the beginning since I have been interested
in the usage in EAP in IoT scenarios for bootstrapping for several years. As
Eduardo has just mentioned we worked in an EAP lower-layer based on CoAP for
Dear all,
I support the adoption of this document.
We are currently working on IoT bootstrapping security and we
implemented EAP-NOOB [1] on Zolertia Firefly motes with CoAP-EAP [2].
Here you can see a video demonstration of EAP-NOOB with Firefly motes

Dear all,
I support the adoption of this document.
We are currently working on IoT bootstrapping security and are looking at
various solutions, one of them is EAP-NOOB.

Dear all,
I support the adoption of this document.
This is interesting work because it takes the process of deployment a
step further and makes it easier by allowing bootstrapping of devices
that don't have any credentials programmed into them.
Furthermore, there are current efforts to widen
I support adoption of this draft. I have verified previous versions of
the protocol with both mCRL2 (safety and liveness properties) and
ProVerif (security properties). I am planning on updating the models as
the specification evolves after adoption.

WG adoption has my support. I recently reviewed the document [1] and
besides a few editorial suggestions I did not identify significant
shortcomings. Currently, I am working on a minimal implementation of
EAP-NOOB.
