How to prevent [] is interpreted as footnote in table?
In table, something like "d[4]" would be interpreted as footnote. Tried to
use "=d[4]=", it will be exported with different font to other cells in the
table.
I tried that "\begin{align}...\end{align}" code with "C-c C-x C-l", it
generate a very back quality image like this:

When I export file to PDF/ODT, the source block is start from left without
indent.
How to add some indent?
Try to use "Jumping between code and Org" feature.
The org file link in the tangled code doesn't have path information.
So if I tangle my file to another directory, I can't jump back to my
org-mode file.
