After some search, I have found this option causing the error. It is
:fileskip0. If I remove it from the #+BEGIN line, the clocktable is
computed and displayed.

I've attached a patch that fixes some strings in pt_BR translations and
provide the strings that were missing.

I did begin to look at it. From memory, the inf-clojure integration didn't
