So I've just started experimenting with using C-c C-o to open a URL at
point, and found a minor problem.
Here's the URL for demonstration purposes:
http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=115043,00.html
M-x browse-url-at-point loads the URL properly in Firefox.

Hi.
I've found (maybe) a bug.
With org 5.22a (org-publish.el version 1.80 b),
org-publish-current-project reverses the force flag
when passing the flag to org-publish.
