I probably confused everybody. The
#+TITLE:
affects the tag.
My apologies, what I wanted to remove was the tag.
Which i managed via
h1.title{
color:white;
text-indent : -px;
height:0;
padding:0px;
margin:0;
}
css.

Do you have a recent version of Org-mode
