I though once I have those "(t)", "(s)" defined in the TODO keyword, I
will have one-key access to the TODO keywords.
Also, I think probably the manual should be changed as it says "C-c C-c"
does quick TODO selection. The original text:

I have it configured like this:
(setq org-todo-keywords
'((sequence
"TODO(t)" "STARTED(s)" "WAITING(w)" "UNTESTED(u)" "|"
"DONE(d)" "DEFERRED(f)" "CANCELLED(x)")))
(setq org-use-fast-todo-selection t)
then all it takes is C-c C-t and then a key (t,s,w)...
