This was a bug in Org 7.5 which has been fixed in Org 7.
I see that the old title is cached in ~/.org-timestamps, I'll try clearing
that and see what happens.

After modifying #+TITLE, you should press C-c C-c to tell orgmode the
title part has been changed.
