There is no variable to turn body-only by defaut, but you can write your
own export command with the appropriate argument.

on [ANN] Export block syntax change.
Still wondering if can change "Body only" as the default for the html
exporter. I'd just like to do "C-e h h" instead of "C-e C-b h h".
