GIN_SRC sh :results output

I could go to each code block, and type C-c C-c to produce an output.
But, I just want to be able to execute the entire file, and produce
one single output.
Is this possible?

The "|" are in their respective columns when I check their position
using the cursor, but, visually they are mis-aligned.
when I export to HTML the columns are neatly aligned. Is there a way
to make them aligned in the buffer itself?
