Dear All,
I have again tried (unsuccessfully in the time I was able to spend on
this) to switch to a newer version of org (tried ELPA as well as
8.2.4). The obstacle is always the beamer export. I have consulted the
documentation online, but by following the instructions there the
generated LaTeX

Dear All,
the new exporter does not seem to handle \begin/\end inside \( ... \).
If the org file contains
\(f =
\begin{cases}
t & 1\\
f & 2\\
\end{cases}
\)
the resulting tex file contains
$\backslash$(f =
\begin{cases}
t & 1\\
f & 2\\
\end{cases}
$\backslash$)
I have looked around, but couldn't find how to set mathescape=false
for one individual #+begin_src sh block and LaTeX export.
Any clarification is very much appreciated.

I have tried to use BEAMER_FRAME_LEVEL instead of setting specific
sections/environments for the individual levels. If I remove all
entries from the sectioning part of org-export-latex-classes, `nil' is
called as a function. If I put anything in the sectioning part of
org-export-latex-classes those
Dear All,
I have two tables in a file, each being summed separately. Now I'd
like to have a third table summing the two sub-sums.
Here is an example:

Dear All,
I use remember to add todo entries. Mine look like this
** TODO kpdf as standard pdf viewer from auctex

where the inactive timestamp is added at creation.
I'd like to use org-sort to sort such entries by creation date. I'd
assume I could use sorting-type ?f with a
Dear All,
when using a CLOCKSUM column with TODOs that repeat I see as the sum
the sum of all times that I ever clocked on the completion of any
prior occurrence. I think for this case it would make sense to sum
only the time clocked since the most recently completed occurrence.
I'd like to hear
I have been using planner mode with timeclock regularly for about 4
years. Recently, I had a brief look at org mode and I like some of the
features like tagging and folding. To try out org mode I would like to
convert all my existing plans & notes from planner. Has someone been
there before and don
