also related can one define specific header names to exclude in export (not
using tags but just a header name)
so ie, i would instead of tagging all headers named "Homework" one by one,
i would just add a line in the export options saying exclude any header
named "Homework"

I'd suggest 2 :) But not that I don't use this feature.
It should be easy to unify the code: something along the lines of starting the
process, and then looping over bibtex files and sending them one by one to
bibtex2html's standard input.
