Hi, I'm using Emacs 22.0.90.1 and org-mode 4.60 under windows xp.
When I visit a file "name.txt"in $HOME ("d:/home") and use "org-store-link",
the file's location is stored as "~/name.txt".
Then I open my org file to insert the link, it is
[[file:~/name.txt][~/name.txt]]. All these are ok.
