I would like to create a custom command for a specific keyword
search, but restrict it to TODO entries only. It seems 'C-c a m'
can be customized this way, but not 'C-c a M'. Is there some way to
customize 'C-c a M'?

timeclock.el to org-mode.

Supports only basic functions:
