Just gave chance new 0.179 and latest rawhide gcc and looks like now set of
warnings treated as werrors is a bit different.

Just tretested using latest binutils and gcc and looksl like it compiles and
links correctly.
Despite that test suite is not possing:

is passing successfully:

Yep I'm using procps 4.0.0.
OK I've temporary disabled test suite execution in my builds as looks lik eit
it is not elfutils issue.
