There's a non-obvious switch in the software that is easy to hit when you
are doing things. It changes the source of your sidetone, i.e. which pin of
the controller it's taken from. If that gets changed you lose your sidetone.
Press MENU then select sidetone level (St L). Hold MENU to make that c
