Hi,
recently I have been forced to use skype and discovered that they
have a quite well working echo suppressor. (my vis-a-vis used no
headset, only normal speakers and the microphone from the Logitech
QuickCam pro 9000)
I think the algorithm skype uses is quite simple: whenever sound
is coming

Ekiga does not recognize new network interfaces, e.g.
TUN adapters from OpenVPN so I have to shutdown and
restart whenever I want to make a call thru the VPN.
(did not check with 2.0.2 because I now have a working
2.0.3 on current Fedora Rawhide)
Should not there be also an option to bind to

Hi,
the following VOIP problem is giving me headaches..:
3 machines connected via VPN A---Z---B
Z is a openvpn server and also runs asterisk.
The ping times from A to B are in the range of about 30 msec.
All calls are made via the asterisk server using ILBC.
I want to track down a wierd problem
