[Ekiga-list] Windows 8 webcam issue

Hi, I have an issue with windows 8 and Ekiga 4.0.2. The local video is not working. I have looked at the troubleshooting and tried re-installing and running as admin. Many other SIP phone packages all work fine. I am using an HP EliteBook. Where do I look? regards, Kevin _
