[Ekiga-list] volume problem in windows builds

Thank you for your porting of ekiga to windows. I have tried versions ekiga-setup-3.0.2-gtk-2.14.7.exe and ekiga-setup-3.2.5-release.exe on Win32 XP SP3. Both are having problems remembering volume settings. With ekiga-setup-3.0.2-gtk-2.14.7.exe, the headset and mic volumes are always reset to 100
