ltsp-pnp, which version?

Hi All, I'm trying to decide if it's worth upgrading from 12.04 to 14.04 for running ltsp-pnp fat clients. I understand that Alkis and the Greek schools are using 12.04, and also saw on another thread that Asmo said gnome 14.04 (as well as a few other flavors) works with ltsp-pnp. So, choices... W
