No! I forwarded the bug email to the lead developer. I doubt it's been
committed yet!
However the fix should be in progress, unless there are problems with
the file - I've not looked at it.

I've seen this problem when both iTalc and vino-server are installed,
because they're both trying to use port 5900.
In Karmic we fixed the iTalc packaging so that it uses a different port, if
5900 is in use.
So I'm guessing that iTalc (==the ica process) starts first, sees that 5900 is
free, use
