This issue has sat incomplete for more six years now without any
response to comment #4. I'm going to close it as "Invalid" as the bug is
not reproducible here using Ubuntu 18.04 and wasn't as previously noted
with Ubuntu 13.04.

The currently supported releases, bionic, focal and hirsute, have either
version 2.1.0 or 2.1.15 so more up-to-date than the versions mentioned
above.
