Your device is reporting it has no storage available. Simply reboot it
and it should work again, if not you will need to reset it or contact
amazon for a replacement.
And no, this has nothing to do with calibre updates, if you disbelieve
me, feel free to downgrade to the previous calibre version,
Since the last Calibre Update, calibre no longer recognizes my Kindle Fire HDX
and when I connect thru a USB, calibre no longer syncs, updates my books or
even changes toolbars like it should. A real pain in the "you know". I can't
get to the books I've downloaded onto my Kindle either. What
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

To get edubuntu (for wily+) to only have gst1.0 on the default cd gamine
would need to be ported from gst0.10 to 1.0 or dropped. It doesn't
appear to have an active upstream, but does seem still useful.
