It works well in Windows.
Run x64 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2022
cd to $ECL/msvc
In Makefile enable line ECL_WIN64 = 1, it turns on Windows 64 build.
Then run nmake and nmake install. Last command creates Windows ECL distribution.
ECL is compiled successfully on my side.
