It has worked for a brief period of time, but now if I try to drag and drop any
file from the desktop to the trash bin on the Unity launcher, no response is

After a recent plethora of software updates, I now have noticed that the
Unity dash opens rather slowly, when I click on it, it takes a second or
two more than usual to fade-open. This gets in the way of productivity
and keeps me from getting to my apps and menus 2x slower. Pl
