We decide to fallback to gnome-screensaver if accessibility is enabled
because accessibility in the new lockscreen is partially broken. We'll

Can you execute on the fat client this command:
gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.lockdown disable-lock-screen
It's "true" here and this explains why lockscreen is not working. Also
