In 13.10 and previous releases, locking the screen would go to the login
screen, and then blank the screen and put the display to sleep. In
14.04, it goes to the login screen, then fades to black, but after that
the screen is replaced with what looks like a corrupted texture b
In trying to force it to capture a screenshot, the whole lock system
crashed, and I had to restart lightdm to get back to a working desktop.
So I've taken a cell phone picture instead.

greeter.
Steps to reproduce:
1- apt-get install evolution
2- From greeter, click on calendar header
Expected results:
- Nothing happening
Actual results
Unfortunately, the regression in saucy was reported in a closed bug, so
nobody noticed.
I have opened bug 1313910 to track this issue in Ubuntu 13.10.

I can get the dash to pop up (which is an issue), but I cant input
anything into the dash. It goes to the input for the lockscreen.
Either way, the command lens shouldn't be popping up.

I can confirm it does appear to be working as expected now, yes.
Confirmed also it stays fixed after logging out and logging into a fresh
session after making the config change. So my preferred config of the
launcher on the middle display only

Accepted gnome-panel into trusty-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-
panel/1:3.8.0-1ubuntu12 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
