Tested with TDF build 4.2.4.1, the "close/maxmize/minimiaze" icons
appears! in writer!
However, menus are still not integrated.

Tested with the TDF build, Version: 4.2.3.3 Build ID:

In Writer, there is still no close/minimize/maxmize icon.
Even worse, in this TDF build the libreoffice menus do not intergrate
with unity at all.

This behaviour happen since ubuntu 13.04, still reproduciable in 13.10:
Most of the time when I click the Nautilus icon in unity while another
folder in active, Nautilus starts a new window with the home folder.
In fact, it not only appears "twice", but many.
